"They were very courteous and quick. I was thrilled with the job they did. I will be returning in a few months for an overall tune up on the car."

— Nancy Powell

Description of Work:

I took my Toyota Matrix in for brake work. It turned out the rear breaks were very dirty and out of adjustment. Also the parking brake was not holding. They cleaned and adjusted the brakes.

"Great. The vehicle was fixed in no time at all."

— Joseph Levine

Description of Work:

The windshield wiper was not working on the drivers side of my truck. Kris fixed it saying something just slipped and that it was a quick fix and no charge.

"I was told the belt was fine as was my transmission. The leak was from the oil plug gasket, which should have been taken care of when I had my car lubed recently. I was told to take it back to the place that lubed it and have it fixed, which I did. It was so nice to find a place that gives honest service. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends about them."

— Nonie Hendrickson

Description of Work:

I had been told I needed a new serpentine belt for my VW Beetle and also had a suspected transmission leak.

"They did very well, and were sensitive with not going crazy on the cost."

— Tom Oaklund

Description of Work:

They replaced some bushings in the steering on an 1986 Ford Ranger. They also tightened up the steering box which was loose after all this time.

"Called an received a prompt quote and approx. time required to complete. Took the car in and indicated need sooner than later. They completed the work, found and fixed a number of other issues, still under the original quote, and had the car back to me 1/2 day early."

— Teri Montgomery

Description of Work:

Replaced head-gaskets, crank seal, checked timing belt & water pump, replaced timing belt tensioner, replaced broken ignition wire harness.

"I have had the car back for 2 weeks, and the work appears to have been done properly. Chris at the service desk was courteous, the work was done on time, and the total bill came in at slightly ($20) under the stated estimate. It was a nice change from the Chrysler dealer where it ALWAYS comes in higher than the estimate."

— Cal Shipley

Description of Work:

They changed the timing belt, crankshaft seals, water pump, oil and filter, repaired the power window, replaced the thermostat to remedy the overheating problem.

"They got the job done in a timely manner, with a detailed report on what needs to be done. Some of the work I'll do. The timing belt is something I'll likely have them take care of, as the price ($200), is a lot better than the dealers. Interestingly enough, a trip to the dealer to get some work done resulted in a list of items that needed done, most of which was different from these guys (like the knock sensor, exhaust, brake flush, valve gasket replacement, etc). Some were the same like tune up and fuel injector flush. They give a discount for AAA members, and sent me a 10% off any service coupon."

— Dan Wright

Description of Work:

I brought the vehicle in for Pre-Purchase inspection to see if there was anything major with the vehicle. They broke down cost for all repairs and items needed, and gave detailed report on problems and suggested fixes. For example: timing belt (which included timing belt, cam and crank shaft seals along with water pump replacement - $649. Quote from a dealer was $850). Other items: tune up (90k/120k service), fuel system tune, leak in sensor, bulb out, shocks and strut replacement.

"They are friendly. They are willing to work around our schedule. They give good value and advice. We trust them. They always do excellent work and we highly recommend them to others."

— Larry Tucker
